This little 4-week old kitten is now looking for his or her forever home.
On 03/07/2017, I came home from work and found a cat in labor in my outdoor storage closet. This is a cat my neighbors and I had been feeding. She has been hanging around here for a long time but she'd never let me pet her or get too close. I sat by her that evening and she had 3 kittens but only 1 that was born alive. I took the stray cat and kitten inside my house. The picture above was taken today 04/07/2017, exactly 4 weeks old. Today was also the first day the kitten ate a regular food. She likes Iams Pate with Gourmet Chicken wet kitten food.
Even though she is already starting to eat on her own, it's probably best to keep her with the mom cat until she's 6-8 weeks old. But I thought I'd create this post to have something to refer people to, as I ask around locally if anyone might be interested in giving her a home. Btw, I say "her" but I don't actually know if she's a girl or boy.
With the mom cat, I'm just trying to determine if she will be tame enough and be nice to my other pets. If she fits in the household enough, I will keep her. If she doesn't, I will get her spayed and just have her go back to being an outdoor only cat. I'll probably decide that next month in May as that's when I feel she'll be ready to get spayed. Hopefully, it will all work out.

Here are a few examples:
I just finished creating a swear word & phrase coloring book. It was kind of difficult to think of 100 different ones, but apparently, I was up to the task. It's sort of like a swearing vocabulary book that you can color. Here it is on CreateSpace: Colorful Swear Words and Phrases: A Foul-Mouthed Coloring Book With 100 Pages to Color by Rebecca Bean
The words & phrases range from the mild to extremely vulgar. I thought I'd give a few samples here that are more on the mild side. Feel free to download & print. Happy coloring!

Originally I had all of these images on my home page. I'm updating this site and have decided to move them over to a blog post. The conditions are still the same. The inspiration for these backgrounds is cream cheese frosting. The other night I took photographs of a cake. The frosting was beautiful. It was a lovely creamy and swirly pattern! I made about 20 pattern variation thumbnails in Photoshop. I then traced a dozen of my favorites into vectors, and converted them back into TIFFS. The end results came into being after playing around all night with different Photoshop effects. I finally settled on 12 different variations. I still felt like something was missing. Cardboard! I photographed a few old cardboard boxes around the house. The designs can be easily placed on the cardboard texture by reducing the opacity in Photoshop.
Here are a few that I made:
Here are all the backgrounds with download links at the bottom of this page. You are free to use them with no attribution required. The JPG number in file correlates to the sample shown. The 12 backgrounds are each 9000 x 9000. The 2 cardboard textures are 6016 x 4000. 300 dpi.
This is a complete alphabet of grungy, old children's letter blocks. I just photographed these today as I thought it might be something useful to share on my blog. I'm sharing them in JPEG format. Each image is larger than 2000 X 2000. You are welcome to use them in whatever artistic endeavor you wish, personal or commercial. Attribution is not required, but would be appreciated. Individual download links are located under each picture. Apparently, I uploaded scrabble tiles for the larger pics. Until I get that updated, here's the download link for the larger images of grungy wooden block letters.
